This project aims to identify which skills employers think their employees lack and then offer advice and employee training to build skills, confidence and knowledge.
Depends on employers’ needs
The eligibility criteria for this project is as follows:
- Aged 19+
- Hold a contract and work for a Small or Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME – employing up to 5000 employees)
- Self-Employed
- Hold no higher than a Level 1 qualification

Employees on this programme can gain:
- OCR NVQ in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools – Level 2
- OCR NVQ in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools – Level 3
- City & Guilds Diploma for IT Users Level 2
- City & Guilds Diploma in ICT Systems Support Level 2
- City & Guilds Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles Level 3
- OCR NVQ ITQ for IT Users Level 2
- OCR NVQ ITQ for IT Users Level 3
- OCR NVQ City and Guilds Literacy Level 1
- City and Guilds Literacy Level 2
