What’s the aim of the project?
This project aims to identify which skills employers think their employees lack and then offer advice and employee training to build skills, confidence and knowledge.

Am I Eligible?
If you are 19+, hold a contract and work for a Small or Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME – employing up to 5000 employees), then you are eligible to apply for this project through your employer
