Under the Skills for Work programme, customers will attain basic skills training (ESOL, Literacy and Numeracy.) This programme will enable customers to gain employment support facilities towards future job prospects. An IAG Session is provided in order to determine job goals and realistic prospects. Up to date references, employability skills, interview techniques and CV building support are also provided. There is also access to First Aid, Food and Hygiene and Manual Handling training courses.

Programme Outcomes
- Ability to read and write English as well as numeracy through ESOL, literacy and numeracy training.
- Ability to confidently find jobs in local labour market.

- Understanding of how to conduct excellent job interviews

15 weeks (15 hours per week)
Target Customers
Unemployed, Lone Parent or a Refugee living in boroughs of Barnet, Enfield, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Haringey, Barking and Dagenham
Continued Support
5E will provide continued access to facilities during 13 week tracking period after completion of the programme for continued job search support and guidance.
