What’s the aim of the project?
This project aims to provide personalised employability support and training for Job seekers, with a focus on supporting ESOL and Literacy and Numeracy needs in order to increase individual prospects of obtaining long-term sustained employment.  Employability Skills and Job Search is supported with jobs matching, interview techniques, CV development and cover letter writing skills, accessing work placement and work taster opportunities and other skills.  We also provide additional training and qualifications which can assist with moving into work and further career progression.

What will I gain?
Under this project, you could work towards the following courses depending on your need:

Course Duration
This programme lasts for a maximum of 15 weeks with clients attending the provision for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Am I Eligible?
To be eligible for this project, you must be referred to us by Job Centre Plus. Job Centre Plus Advisors will refer individuals who are over 18, unemployed or receiving Job Seekers Allowance, income support or incapacity benefits.
