Looking for work can be very stressful! Whatever aspect of job seeking you need help with, 5E’s advisors are here to offer expert advice, support, and free facilities. We help you to find the jobs that would be best for you and give tips on how to show employers that you would be the best for them. We can even cover your travel expenses so that coming to the Programme Centre is absolutely free!

We provide Job Search facilities at four of our seven centres. You can avail the services of Job Search at Selby Center, Watkins House, Forest House and Merit House.

What services do we offer?
We can offer help in the following areas:
- Looking for jobs
- Applying
- Preparing
How can I reclaim travel expenses?
- Attend a full 2½ hour Job Search Session, signing in and out in the Daily Session Record book
- Keep all expired tickets (lost or still valid tickets will not be reimbursed)
- Write your name clearly on all tickets
- Hand in used tickets/ passes to your advisor (or at Room T1 for Selby Centre users) at least a day before claiming days. Please ask your advisor about times and days for claiming.
- We recommend that you buy weekly tickets that start at the beginning of the week (buy on a Saturday or Sunday) to avoid losing money
