	Fatima Haji Project: Employability Skills Programme 5 E staff was helpful and friendly
When I started the course, I was nervous and not confident at all because I did not speak English well and I was not confident enough to communicate. During the course, I learned many new things and 5 E helped me immensely in developing my skills. The staff was helpful and friendly so I felt I can approach them anytime. My time in 5 E has helped me a great deal; my English is better now and I feel more confident!

I was referred to 5 E by the Ilford JCP. I have learned how to prepare my CV the right way, improved my interview skills and helped build my confidence. I took part in short courses such as food & hygiene and health & safety. I also learned a lot about effective job search. Overall, the tutors and staff were very supportive and helpful. I also got some work experience at 5 E.

I was quite excited coming to 5 E’s Ilford centre as this meant I could upgrade my Maths skills. I have enjoyed my experience and found it very challenging. The teachers are extremely good and they were there for me and advised me through my difficulties. The job search sessions boosted my confidence to actively look for jobs. I have gained confidence doing this course and I know this will help me in my future. I will most definitely refer family and friends to 5 E.
