There are two levels in Team Leading and Management:
ILM NVQ in Team Leading – Level 2
The ILM Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading has been specially designed for team leaders (with limited authority for managing resources) that are looking to motivate their team members and achieve an agreed output. The qualification aims to give participants an opportunity to develop the core competencies needed by today’s team leaders.
ILM NVQ in Management – Level 3
The ILM Level 3 NVQ in Management has been specially designed for first line managers with responsibility for; managing budgets, allocating work to team members/colleagues/contractors, achieving specific results and for some decision making. The qualification aims to give participants an opportunity to develop their management performance, become more effective and progress in their career.
