The student must complete all core units (Semester 1) and three optional units (Semester 2). The list of units per semester is as follows:

- Organisational Direction
Semester 2
Conducting a Strategic Management Project is a mandatory subject for semester 2 and you can choose ONE of the following three specialisations to complete the programme:
1. Human Resource Management
- Being a Strategic Leader
- Organisational Change
- Human Resource Planning
2. Strategic Management
- Strategic Project Management
- Strategic Planning
- Strategic Leadership Practice
3. General Management
- Strategic Marketing
- Financial Planning
- Human Resource Planning
Admission Requirements
- Diploma or Graduation in Business Studies, Management or Commerce
- Two years of work experience in Management
- IELTS – Band 6/6.5 or ESOL Cambridge Certificate in English at Level 2 OR evidence of English as a medium of education in the last three years of study
